Monitor Hidrológico — Cuencas Paraná, Uruguay e Iguazú (Misiones, Argentina)

Sistema de monitoreo hidrológico y simulación de inundaciones de código abierto, desarrollado para apoyar la alerta temprana y la gestión del riesgo de crecidas en la provincia de Misiones, en el contexto del fenómeno de El Niño 2026-2027.

¿Qué hace? Monitor de cuencas: paneles con actualización horaria del nivel de los ríos Paraná, Uruguay e Iguazú, y del defluente de las represas de Itaipú, Salto Caxias y Foz do Chapecó. Simulador de inundación interactivo: para El Soberbio, Alba Posse, San Javier y Panambí. Muestra la mancha de inundación esperada según la altura del río, superpuesta a un modelo digital de terreno (DEM) y sus curvas de nivel. Capa analítica OpenStreetMap: identifica barrio, manzana y edificios potencialmente expuestos al hacer clic sobre el mapa. Alertas por umbral: codificadas por color según niveles de atención, alerta (evacuación) y crítico.
