Jive's download link (https://bintray.com/tango-controls/maven/Jive/_latestVersion) doesn't work, it returns an 404 error. I suppose this happens because Bintray shut down on May 1st (See it's [announcement](https://jfrog.com/blog/into-the-sunset-bintray-jcenter-gocenter-and-chartcenter/)). They recommend moving to https://jfrog.com/platform/.
