I would very much like to have a pipeline-component for the [Bash Automated Testing System](https://github.com/bats-core/bats-core) (a.k.a. BATS). At a later time a assert and mock library/libraries could be added (I am still working on a comparison to pick a clear winner from the long list of candidates).
