Create the Screen Information Service and Screen

Write a service to collect this information:

• Folded foldable:
  • Book Mode:
    • Hinge position
    • Hinge separation ratio (Ratio of the X or Y position of the hinge with respect to the entire screen)
    • Whether the hinge is separating
    • Hinge occlusion type
  • Table Top Mode:
    • Same as above
• Phone, tablet, or unfolded foldable:
  • Height:
    • Dimension in DPs
    • Window Size Class per: https://developer.android.com/guide/topics/large-screens/support-different-screen-sizes#window_size_classes
  • Width:
    • Same as above

This information should then be displayed on the Screen Information screen.
