- Upgrade mathjson-solver to 2.1.1 (was 1.18.0). Checked CHANGELOG for
  breaking changes (Log base change, Constants/Reduce/Function param
  shadowing) - neither is used in stundu. Fixes a latent bug where the
  documented two-arg Max/Min form (e.g. SET_HOLIDAYS_MODIFIER's
  ["Max", ["Multiply","rate",2], 150]) silently evaluated wrong.
- (carried from v0.5.4) Pin tals==0.3.0, document and test tals 0.3.0's
  literal ISO-8601 timestamp bounds in entry-reference rate expressions.
