As a logged in member, I want to see and change my affiliated group.

Add a section to user profile to set my affiliated group.
The affiliated group is specific to the type of club the member belongs to.

For a cycling club, the affiliated group could be a speed group. For a golf club, the affiliated group could be based on the handicap.
