    v0.1.2: the stable pins move to client v0.3.0

    CLIENT_REF_STABLE b7087de (2026-08-19, reports 0.1.0) -> 888e67c (client
    v0.3.0: ADR 0021, stvid's rule as the station default, __version__ 0.3.0).
    SCHEMA_REF 4aa7ca1 -> 93376c8, so aligned-strip crops can be published.

    SatNOGS Optical SD-card image v0.1.1

    The first FLASHABLE release. v0.1.1 exists because v0.1.0 was booted -- under
    QEMU and systemd-nspawn, the first time any built image ran -- and that boot
    found what no green pipeline could: cmdline.txt and /etc/fstab shipped with
    placeholder PARTUUIDs (deadbeef-02, 00000000), so the card never found its
    root filesystem on real hardware. The assemble stage now reads the disk's
    PTUUID with blkid, rewrites both files, and refuses to finish if a
    placeholder survives.

    Everything v0.1.0 verified still holds: first-boot provisioning writes the
    identity and station.toml, the setup page serves, the claim keypair and code
    generate, and the station announces itself to optical.satnogs.org. The
    announce currently receives HTTP 404 -- the server half of the claim
    protocol is the known remaining gap, tracked in the planning repo's HANDOFF.

    Do not flash or submit v0.1.0. First boot on real hardware still owes the
    hardware-matrix its "tested" cell and the cloudinit-rpi verification before
    the Raspberry Pi Imager submission is filed.

    SatNOGS Optical SD-card image v0.1.0

    The first tagged release: Raspberry Pi OS Lite arm64 Trixie (2026-06-18) base;
    chrony/gpsd/pps-tools installed at assemble time (ADR 0009/0011 -- the clock
    gate must be satisfiable offline); the satnogs-optical-client payload and its
    locked wheelhouse (fastapi 0.115.6 / uvicorn 0.34.0 / scipy included);
    optical-setup.service on port 80 for the claim flow; provisioning.verify
    --unclaimed as the release gate.

    Built and published by CI: .img.xz + os_list.json + os-packages.txt to the
    generic package registry under this tag, rpi-imager.json + icon to Pages.

    NOT yet booted on hardware. The first flashed card owes the hardware-matrix
    a "tested" cell and the cloudinit vs cloudinit-rpi verification before the
    Raspberry Pi Imager submission (docs/imager-submission.md) is filed.
