Mod Installer

Installer should:

• Explain what the patch does
• Ask the user to specify their clean FL directory
• Ask them where they want to install this mod (will copy the clean directory)
• Install a desktop shortcut (do we need any flags?)
• Install a start menu shortcut
• Optionally install more HD stuff like the HD music/sounds + Swag pack? If possible
