The aims of CCCOOCI (chocolate chip cookie optimisation open collaborative initiative) are the deeper understanding of and the optimisation of the creation of chocolate chip cookies, in an open and collaborative fashion. The secondary goal of the project is the development of technical proficiency by participating researchers in the use of tools which facilitate FAIR (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, & Re-usable) research outputs including the ability reproduce results with detailed protocol level methods, along with open source analysis code, open data, and reproducible compute environments. (In what some might consider a lower stakes context - I for one take chocolate chip cookies very seriously.)

I created this project with the intention of applying new skills acquired in courses and internships.

My personal project to learn about deploying stuff using pipelines, docker and other cool things. I will try to keep it organized, but I can't promise any miracles :)
