GTFS Data issues

1. While Processing the GTFS data Some speed values are NA in the returned data. Does the missing speed data causes issues downstream in the EV-Fleet-Sim simulation? How do we solve it?
2. For GTFS data, in the documentation it is recommended to create a bounding box corresponding to the values given by GTFS_Splitter.py but this bounding box covers a large area out of our study. Doesn't it lead to all data being filtered out in the filtered traces folder?
3. Temporal clustering has been temporarily disabled issue.
