Language in embedded documentation doesn't match recognized system language
**OS:** Linux (KDE neon)
**System language:** german
**Observed behaviour:**
Meg4 seems to recognize the system language correctly so my UI is in german, but embedded documentation is hungarian.
**Expected behaviour:**
If there's no localisation for system language, english should be the fallback language
