**Account list** #6

A list of all accounts that have been detected. It includes stats about the accounts too.
The list is in form of a table with information about each account:

Clicking on an account on the account list or the "top accounts" chart will take users to a page
with details about the account. There are stats and also the domains the account was found on.
Of course an external link to the account is there too.

\# Bug fixes

- patreon.com/cw/$UNIQUEID is detected correctly instead of "CW"
- accounts detected on processor pages are limited to accounts not of that processor
  e.g going to pateron.com won't detect pateron accounts
- top domains now only show domains with accounts
