From what I've seen, there should already be support for the ASUS TUF-RTX3080TI-O12G-Gaming (https://gitlab.com/CalcProgrammer1/OpenRGB/-/issues/2188)
But unfortunately the TUF-RTX3080TI-12G-GAMING doesn't currently work.
